You can start the claims process in one of the following ways:

• Submit a claim online (monitored during business hours)
• Through your insurance broker
As soon as we receive your claim, one of our dedicated team members will contact you within the next business day to confirm the loss details and ask for additional information about the loss, if necessary. You will also be informed of any applicable deductible.
Once the claim is open, you will receive a claim number via email, and we will arrange for one of our preferred glass vendors to do an onsite loss assessment.
Once the assessment is complete, we will review your insurance policy to confirm if your loss is covered, partially covered, or not covered. We will contact you via e-mail or phone to advise.
If your claim has been approved, we will notify the repair facility to proceed with the repairs and you will receive a call when your glass is ready for installation.
We settle the claim by arranging payment directly to the repair facility, minus your deductible and GST (if applicable). After you are satisfied with your experience, we close the claim.
